What I miss: Not a thing! I love being pregnantCravings: Lots of chocolate and sweets! :-)

What I'm looking forward to: His arrival. I can’t wait to hold and kiss him!

We had our appointment today and we were able to see several pictures of Cade on the ultra sound. Eden went with Andrew and I and thought is was pretty neat to see her baby Cade.
The ultrasound tech. was able to get the measurements she needed to determine how big he was. When it was all said and done he was weighing about 7lbs. The tech. said, but that’s just right now. He could gain four to six ounces a week, and it’s looking like we have another week left. Ha! Cade seems perfectly content in my belly and will come when he feels like it. I’m just really excited to meet him, but I’ll be patient.

Here are some sweet pictures to give you a little idea of what he might look like.

He had a good a great heart rate. 149 beats per minute.Andrew and I have been very blessed during this pregnancy. Keep praying they he stays healthy and comes out safely.

More on Cade's nursery soon. (Ohh! That sounds good!) I have some great ideas I want to share with you.
Well, as you all know our house is on the market. We have had some bites but nothing promising. Well yesterday while Eden and I were swimming at a near by pool. I got a call from a realtor wanting to show our house that afternoon. After I hung up, I went into crazy mode. Our house was a mess and it needed to be cleaned quickly. So off we drove back to the house. I put Eden down for a much needed nap and then off I went cleaning my little heart out. Well it must have done some good because the lady looking at it is very interested and wants to come back and look a second time tomorrow after church. YES!!! I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but this is good right?
Believe me, I'll keep y'all updated on our house news. In the mean time I guess we need to start looking else where. EEEKKK! Kind of scary! Keep us in your prayers, that all goes smoothly.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Best Moment of this week: Finding out what we were having!!! We are so excited about our little boy. We can’t wait to meet him!

What I am looking forward to: Deciding on how to decorate his room. I love that kind of thing.
**********************************
So how excited are y'all to know that we are having a baby boy! We were just super excited to hear the heartbeat and see the baby moving on the monitor. When we found out it was a boy we could hardly contain ourselves.
It was so hard trying to keep it to ourselves all day!
I had made plans earlier at a local backery to have them make cupcakes for this special occasion. I asked them to pipe pink or blue icing in the cupcake depending on what the gender was. I was really praying that on the day of our ultrasound the baby would cooperate, because if the baby didn't we would have had a dozen cupcakes to eat just for fun. Luckily the baby was excited to share with us what it was, so after the appointment I called the baker to let them know what color to pipe in the cupcakes. We waited all day to share our exciting news with our parents and we were finally able to right after Wednesday night church. So without further anticipation, I’ll let the video do all the talking.

14 Weeks

Pregnancy Highlights
How Far Along: 14 Weeks
Size of Baby: 4.5 in and weighs 2 to 3 oz. He or she is the size of a navel orange
Total Weight gain/ loss: I’m really not for sure, although last time I went to the doctor I had lost a couple of pounds. Probably due to me drinking lots and lots of water
Maternity Clothes: I have worn some jean capries that my friend Elizabeth let me borrow, not because I can’t fit into anything else, but because they are really comfortable.
Gender: I think it’s a boy. I don’t care either way though. (You know come to think about it. I thought Eden was a boy and man was I wrong. I’m just a bad guesser)
Movement: The occasional flutter
Food Cravings: I crave lots and lots of fruit, corn dogs on the occasion, oh and cheeseburgers! I crave water all the time.
What I miss: I miss having a normal functioning brain. I can't rember where I put anything for the life of me and then I go crazy thinking about where I put that thing last. By the way mom, I found those jeans that have been missing a month. Ummm… I’m too ashamed to say where I found them.
Sleep: I sleep ok. Although my bladder is getting smaller and it wakes me up needing relief. (Just keeping it real)
Symptoms: I’m really not trying to brag, but the only two I can think of is the frequent bathroom breaks and low energy. No sickness! I wasn’t sick with Eden which kind of makes me think I might be having a girl, but every other gender predictor test points me toward a boy.
Best moment of the week: Having a burst of energy to clean my house and keep it clean, because it is now on the market.
What I am looking forward to: My 17 week appointment in two and a half weeks. Hopefully I’ll get some good pictures to show you.
P.S.
I took this idea from another blog I read. Please don't hate me for not being orginal. I thought it was a wonderful idea and it helps me keep up with all the information I might not otherwise remember.
