Eden also had a lot of outside time with her new wagon Gammy and Papa got her. She also attended cousin Kim and Gammmy’s Birthday bash with all her little cousins, and had a blast.
Also that week she spent some time with Nana, Doodah, and Aunt Nutmeg. They were able to visit cousin Taelyn, Uncle Mark and Aunt Renee. She played with Jebus their dog and Rico their cat, which she adores both of them and asks us constantly when we are at home if she can have a dog or a cat… maybe one day sweetheart.
So when we arrived last weekend in NWA we headed straight to the Naturals Baseball game to meet up with Andrew’s parents and our sweet little girl. We were super excited to attend the Naturals game. It was our first time to see a game with Eden. We loved watching her reaction to the baseball game and needless to say Eden loved every minute of being at the game from the popcorn to the hotdogs, to the music and the fireworks at the end. We all had a blast! I can’t wait to attend another one. Thanks Doodah and Nana for the great time!
Later that weekend we met up with my parents for breakfast at Mimi’s. It was DELICOUS! We then made it over to the book store right beside Mimi’s for a quick look around. Our time there didn’t last to long. There was a birthday party going on and Eden found an unopened gift to the little girl whose party it was. The parents were going to surprise the little girl with an almost life sized giraffe, well anyways, Eden thought that giraffe was hers because everything these days is “that’s Eden’s.” Andrew couldn’t get Eden out of the bookstore fast enough due to her huge fit she threw. Andrew said as he was walking out with her, he received several looks from the parents who were attending the party. They were looks of, I totally understand what you’re going through, and we’ve been there before. So after the big fit throwing fiasco, we took Eden back to Andrew’s parents for an afternoon nap. We followed shortly after. I think we were all exhausted
Later that afternoon we headed to the wildlife safari in Gentry. Andrew and I were looking forward to Eden’s second first for the weekend, getting to pet wildlife animals up close. It wasn’t to long after we arrived that we found the cutest baby monkey.
Almost all of us took turns holding it…or letting it sit on our head.
Sweet little puppy dogs
A peacock crossing the road
A sloth eating a banana
A boa constrictor
Another first for Eden was a camel ride with aunt nutmeg. Thanks for volunteering by the way. It looks like you had lots of fun!!!
Eden also got to ride one of her favorite animals of all times...
She also got to pet a few more animals...
Then after our petting extravaganza we hopped in the car and went through the drive through part. Eden loved looking at all the animals roaming around wild and free.
We even had a camel come up to our window. I'm sure we would have had more animals greet our car, but we forgot to purchase some bread so all the cars around us were getting all the attention.
So let me just say we had a wild weekend and we wouldn't trade it for anything.
This next week I am looking forward to Andrew and I's third anniversary which is the first of June and then June second we find out what we are having. YAY!!!
So stay tuned for all the details.

Oh my goodness Whitney!!! My head almost exploded from the cuteness! My favorite animal is a lemur, and Eden holding a baby one was just so sweet! Haha! I immediately googled where this place was, we might try to go in the fall. By the way, THANK YOU for my blog award!!! :)
Fun, fun, fun! We know we are HUGE fans of that crazy safari. :) Love that little monkey and Matt is so jealous you got to pet the wolf puppies. We saw it in the cage with its mama and he totally fell in love.
